Lily Gift Decider

During the hectic holiday season, shoppers visited our stores on a mission with a long to-do list for all their holiday gift giving. So, while we solved their mission, we helped them scratch an item or two off their to-do list with a special holiday experience delivered through their own phone. Lily, everyone’s favorite AT&T associate, led them through a fun and interactive decider engine to help them pick the right gift for special friends and family. And AT&T made their holidays a little less stressful while also growing net new phone lines by 22%.
